1. Promoter

Excel HSC Copilot Pty Ltd ABN 67 673 502 933 of 655 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt , NSW, 2040 (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to Australian residents who:
  • are enrolled in Year 12 and undertaking the NSW Higher School Certificate in 2025; and
  • achieve at least 100 Study Points or successfully Refer a Friend on Excel HSC Copilot from the period commencing 22 April 2025.
• Employees (and their immediate families and close friends) of the Promoter or its agencies are ineligible.

3. Competition Period

• Opens: 00:01 AEST Tuesday 22 April 2025.
• Closes: 23:59  AEST Saturday  31 May 2025.
• Entries (tickets) earned after the Closing Date are invalid.

4. How to Earn Tickets

• Study Ticket
  • Earn ≥ 100 Study Points in a single calendar day within the Competition Period.
  • Study Points are earned by using Excel HSC Copilot (eg submitting responses and downloading PDFs).
  • Each qualifying day equals one Study Ticket.
• Friend Ticket
  • Use your Refer a Friend link to invite a friend to Excel HSC Copilot account.
  • Each referred friend who subsequently signs up using your link equals one Friend Ticket.
    
    

5. Ticket Allocation & Entry

• Tickets are electronic and automatically recorded against the entrant’s Excel HSC Copilot account.
• An entrant’s total number of tickets constitutes their entries in the random draw.

6. Prizes

• Two (2) prizes of AUD $2500 each (electronic funds transfer) to contribute to “Schoolies” expenses. Winners are able to use the prize fund for other purposes if they wish.
• Total prize pool: AUD $5000.

7. Draw

• Time & place: 16:00 AEST Monday 2 June 2025 at 655 Parramatta Road, Leichhardt , NSW, 2040.
• A computer‑generated random draw will select two unique winning tickets.
• A single entrant cannot win both prizes; if the same entrant’s ticket is drawn twice, a redraw will occur for the second prize.

8. Winner Notification & Publication

• Winners will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
• First names and surname initials may be published on the Excel HSC Copilot website and social media channels.
  
  

9. Prize Claim

• Winners must provide bank details and proof of Year 12 HSC enrolment in New South Wales within 14 days of notification.
• Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn 28 days after the original draw under the same procedure.
  
  

11.Parental/Guardian Consent

• Entrants under 18 years of age must obtain the prior permission of their parent or legal guardian in order to be able to enter. The Promoter may require any such entrant’s parent or legal guardian to sign a release at the Promoter’s discretion in which the parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release will include the parent or legal guardian’s full name, address and telephone number. Failure to agree to the release and provide these details may invalidate the winner’s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.
  
  

10. Verification & Disqualification

• The Promoter will require entrants to provide proof of identity, age, residency, NSW HSC enrolment and compliance with these Conditions.
• The Promoter may disqualify entries/tickets for tampering, misconduct, or breach of these Conditions. Examples include hacking the system in any way, or inviting friends that are not completing the NSW HSC in 2025.
  
  

11. Privacy

• Personal information is collected to conduct the competition and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name and likeness for reasonable promotional purposes without compensation.
  
  

12. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition if it is not capable of running as planned.
• Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from entry or prize acceptance.
• The Promoter’s decision is final.
• These conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
