About

The HSC School Grant Program provides schools with $15,000 worth of resources and support for their 2025 and 2026 HSC students. The program is designed to help both students and teachers navigate the immense pressure of year 12.

Inclusions

  • Full access to the Excel HSC Copilot platform for all students and teachers.
  • Digital access to all year 12 Pascal Press Study Guides
  • 24/7 access to syllabus trained AI tutors with appropriate guardrails to maximise learning
  • Teacher training and support
  • Advanced access to teacher workload assistance tools
  • Invitation for up to three of the school’s teachers to be part of a Maximising Benefits of AI in Schools Panel.

Grant Providers

The grants are provided by Excel HSC Copilot Pty Ltd and Pascal Press Pty Ltd.

Eligibility

All NSW high schools are eligible for the grant.

Total Grants

A maximum of 6 grants will be provided.

Costs

There are no costs associated for the grant recipients.

Privacy

School, teacher and student data is strictly maintained in Australian data centres.

Research

A research project will be undertaken utilising anonymised data from the grant schools to measure effectiveness of the of the grant resources. Students and teachers will be asked to complete short surveys (less than 10 minutes) regarding the usefulness of the resources.

Right to Withdraw

If for any reason a school wishes to withdraw from the grant they may do so at any time.

Application

Submit application to shane@excelhsccopilot.com.au with the following:

  • A maximum 150 word outline as to why your school would be an ideal recipient of a grant
  • Acknowledgement that the Principal and Curriculum Coordinator would be in support of the grant.

Selection

Grants will be awarded on the basis of:

  • Commitment to improving HSC outcomes
  • Teacher workload challenges and strategies to address them
  • Readiness to implement and integrate eLearning and AI tools.

Submission Period

Grant submissions will be accepted from Friday 20 June 2025 through to 5:00 pm Friday 4 July 2025.
